Email

When you email us, we will collect your email address and any contact information provided, as well as the contents of your email.

Services

When you sign up for Business IT services, we will ask you to provide basic contact information. We will also collect billing information.

Service Desk

As part of our commitment to providing the best service to our customers, we record all phone calls answered at our service desk for training, quality, and service improvement.

We record calls:

  • for staff training purposes, helping us to improve the quality of our customer service and ensure the information we provide is consistent and accurate

  • to ensure we have an accurate record of your call, which may be needed if there is a dispute.

We may release a recording of a call to a Business IT customer if this call is collected on behalf of this customer and this customer requests the recording.

Newsletter

We will collect your email address when you sign up for our newsletter.

Tracking Information

We may collect statistical information about your visit to our website to help us improve it and track usage trends.

Employment

If you apply for a position as a Business IT employee, we will need to collect information about you, your work history, and other information to process your application.

If you are a successful applicant for employment, we will need to collect more information to verify your previous work history and establish your employee record, which will include:

  • Bank account and tax file number details so that we can pay you.

  • Next of kin information in case of emergencies

How long do we keep your information?
